The rapid economic, technological, and social changes happening every day are creating a world that is ever more interconnected and interdependent. We are in a flattened global economy and the demands of work are changing drastically.
When you think about the globalization of economies, the digital revolution, Mass migration, climate instability, etc. You realize today's world demands a different kind of human resource.
We aim to offer within the shortest time possible, knowledge beyond reading and writing, science and mathematics, and instill curiosity about global issues, the ability to communicate across cultures, and a general disposition to think and act with an aim of the common good.
The individuals must portray a strong need to cultivate themselves to understand the world. They must be willing to look beyond conventional employment channels and participate in growing their source of income.
At the end of each Cohort, our participants should be able to:
Examine their local environment, global environment & intercultural issues.
Frame significant problems and conduct research
Understand and appreciate different perspectives, others and their own, and explain them thoughtfully and respectfully
Communicate their ideas effectively with different audiences by engaging in open, appropriate, and effective interactions across cultures.
Take actions to improve situations, collective well-being, and sustainable development.
View themselves as important players in the global playground and participate reflectively.
