Who we are

Global Competence Solutions is a social enterprise with a nurturing hub for willing participants to develop the capacity and disposition to understand and act on issues of global concern effectively.

Our work aims to bridge the existing skills gap for Kilifi youth by providing resources that make learning inclusive, relevant, and engaging for all participants, inspiring them to learn, work, and thrive as responsible global citizens. Hence breaking the barrier hindering economic growth and innovation.

Borrowing from Robert Hanvey 1976 and I quote “our perspective is to develop modes of thought that include the state of the planet, cross-cultural awareness, knowledge of global dynamics, and awareness of human choices.”
